Frequently Asked Questions

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for — or if you have questions about pricing, equipment specs, or which machine is right for your project — give us a call. We’re always happy to help.

What do I need to rent equipment?

A valid driver’s license, phone number, and payment method.

Contractors and businesses should provide business information and tax‑exempt documentation if applicable.

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full at pickup or delivery.

We accept cash, check, or card. Payments can also be made over the phone.

Do you offer rental insurance or damage waivers?

No. We do not offer insurance or damage waivers.

Customers assume full responsibility for any liability, damage, or theft while equipment is in their possession.

What are your hours and pickup/return times?

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Sunday: Closed (no drop‑off available) Pickup and returns must be made during business hours.

Equipment that is rented on Saturday will be due back Monday at 8AM.

Do you offer delivery and pickup?

Yes. We offer delivery throughout southern Oklahoma.

Call for a delivery quote and availability. Advanced notice is recommended to ensure timely scheduling.

Can I tow your trailers or equipment with my own vehicle?

Yes — if your vehicle or trailer is rated to safely haul the equipment.

We will not allow equipment to be hauled by an under‑rated vehicle.

Our trailers use either a 2" or 2‑5/16" ball depending on the machine and trailer. Call us to confirm which size you’ll need.

Do I need to refill fuel?

Yes. Equipment must be returned with the same fuel level it left with.

Fuel charges apply if returned low.

Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?

Equipment should be returned reasonably clean.

Excessive mud, concrete, brush, or debris may result in a cleaning fee.

Can I reserve equipment ahead of time?

Yes. Reservations are recommended, especially during busy seasons.

Call to schedule your rental dates.

What happens if I return equipment late?

Late returns may result in additional charges.

Extensions depend on availability and whether another customer is scheduled after you.

Do you show me how to use the equipment?

Yes. We provide a quick safety and operation walkthrough at pickup or delivery.

What is your rental rate structure?

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a 4‑hour rate on select equipment.

4‑hour rates are not available on any delivered equipment.

Day Rate: 24‑hour period with 8 hours on the meter

Week Rate: 7‑day period with 40 hours on the meter

Month Rate: 28‑day period with 160 hours on the meter

Saturday Rentals:

  • 4‑hour rentals must be returned by 12:00 PM Saturday before we close.

  • Day rentals picked up on Saturday are due back Monday at 8:00 AM. As long as you stay under 8 hours on the meter, it is charged as a one‑day rental. If meter hours exceed 8, additional time will be prorated.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

We understand that life and weather happen. However, customers who repeatedly cancel or no‑show will be moved to walk‑in only status.

What happens if the equipment breaks down during my rental?

Call us immediately. We answer equipment‑related calls after hours for breakdowns or operation questions. We’ll walk you through next steps and address any downtime concerns when you contact us.

Do you rent to homeowners or only contractors and businesses?

We rent to homeowners, contractors, businesses, churches, schools, and public works/government entities.

Can I set up a charge account?

Charge accounts may be available after you’ve been an established customer for a period of time. Approval is handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

Government and school agencies can be set up with a charge account.

Can I transport equipment across state lines?

Yes — but only with prior permission. We know many customers live and work in the Sherman/Denison/Lake Texoma area and taking equipment into Texas is fine as long as you let us know ahead of time.

If you plan to use the equipment in any other state or move between multiple job sites, you must notify us before transport.

If equipment is taken out of state and a breakdown occurs, you are responsible for getting the equipment back to us unless otherwise stated.

What if I don’t see the equipment I’m looking for on your website?

Give us a call. Our fleet is growing constantly, and not every machine makes it onto the website right away. Even if you don’t see it listed, there’s a good chance we have it — or have something comparable that will get your job done.
